Programs for Classes: From Kindergarten to High School
All our Farm Field Trips begin with an engaging and interactive exploration of the farm. Get ready to touch the soil, cuddle with goats, listen to bees buzzing, pet chickens, pet and lead the horse, interact with calves, watch pigs dig soil, and taste cultural fruits and products from different countries right from our farm shop and garden! It’s going to be so much fun!
Our Mission
Our hands-on teaching style is designed to immerse students in the world of farming. We love sparking lively discussions about agricultural practices, food sovereignty, ecosystems, food security, and sustainability. Throughout the Farm Field Trip, students will engage in hands-on experiments and discussions, enhancing their understanding of Agriculture, Environmental, and Social Sciences.

I found Ferron Family Farms when I was searching for grass fed, grass finished beef in New Brunswick. I care about what I eat, and what my food eats. I ordered online and the Ferron Family delivered right to Fredericton. The ground beef is flavourful and not greasy, and the ribeyes were great. Their beef tastes like beef I used to eat from my grandparents farm, the way it should. I also got some pork products (pork chops and bacon) and they are delicious. No foul pork smell like what you buy from factory farms.
