At Ferron Family Farms, we are more than just farmers—we are advocates, educators, mentors, and storytellers passionate about helping shape the future of agriculture. As first-generation farmers, our journey has been built on resilience, perseverance, innovation, and a determination to create opportunity where none existed. Through hard work and lived experience, we have built our farm from the ground up while remaining deeply committed to sustainable farming, food sovereignty, and community impact.

We believe agriculture needs more new entrants, more diversity, and more people willing to pursue their vision despite obstacles. Our mission is not only to succeed ourselves, but to help empower and guide others along their own path.

In 2023, we were honored to receive the BBI Entrepreneur of the Year Award and be featured as the cover story in their magazine. Our work in agriculture, education, and advocacy has also led to numerous guest speaking engagements, presentations, consulting opportunities, and media features across Canada.

Through practical guidance and real-world experience, we help new and first-generation farmers navigate the challenges of entering the industry and building sustainable operations.
